Pisco Sour – The National Cocktail of Peru

Pisco is a white brandy made from muscat grapes in Peru, where they have been producing the spirit for centuries.
To whip up this tasty cocktail you’ll need:
- Ice cubes
- White sugar
- Egg whites
- Aromatic bitters
To construct your drink, grab the nearest martini shaker and add about one cup of ice, two shots of Pisco, the juice of one lemon, one egg white and sugar to taste.
Next, shake like your life depends on it! The more you shake the mixture, the frothier and lighter the egg whites will become, yielding the perfect drink.
Finally, pour the cocktail into a martini glass, top with aromatic bitters and enjoy!
